The Donner Giant Metal is part of Donner’s micro-pedal series, engineered to provide guitarists with aggressive, high-gain distortion textures tailored for hard rock and heavy metal styles. This circuit focuses on delivering tight, articulate low-end and pronounced mid-range frequencies, ensuring heavy riffs and complex solos retain definition when cutting through dense live or studio mixes.
Housed in an ultra-compact miniature footprint to maximize available space on dense pedalboards, the physical chassis is built using a rigid aluminum alloy. The control interface features an analog three-knob layout consisting of dedicated Gain, Tone, and Level controls, alongside a specialized 3-way toggle switch for tone voicing. The design incorporates standard side-mounted 1/4-inch mono input and output jacks, a mechanical true-bypass footswitch, and a high-visibility status LED.
