The HeadRush FRFR-112 is a high-powered, active loudspeaker engineered specifically for use with digital guitar amplifier modelers and multi-effects processors. Designed to deliver an uncolored and linear frequency response, this cabinet ensures that meticulously crafted digital patches, cabinet impulse responses, and microphone emulations are reproduced with absolute transparency without the acoustic coloration typical of traditional guitar amplifiers.
Constructed from injection-molded polypropylene, the rugged trapezoidal housing features a full-length perforated steel grille to protect the internal transducer architecture from mechanical impact. The cabinet is equipped with a custom-voiced 12-inch low-frequency driver alongside a 1.4-inch neodymium high-frequency compression driver, delivering a combined output of up to 2000 watts of peak power. The physical layout provides flexible deployment options, allowing the unit to be utilized as a standard floor wedge monitor, placed upright, or pole-mounted via an integrated 36mm socket.
