Joyo D-SEED Delay Pedal | Second Hand

Joyo D-SEED Delay Pedal | Second Hand

The JOYO D-SEED is engineered to provide guitarists with a flexible, high-fidelity digital delay platform that expands upon the limitations of traditional single-preset stompboxes. Built to function as a versatile time-based processing hub, this pedal features a dual-channel architecture that allows musicians to store and instantly recall two completely independent delay configurations.

The hardware is housed in a clean white, high-strength metal casing designed to handle consistent live performance and travel conditions. The control layout consists of four precision analog potentiometers for Mix, Mode, Time, and Feedback adjustments, flanked by high-visibility status LEDs and heavy-duty dual mechanical footswitches. For connectivity, the pedal provides standard 1/4-inch mono input and output jacks, alongside an external trigger input (EXT. SW) designed to facilitate remote channel switching via auxiliary hardware controllers.

Advanced Digital Processing & Presets

  • Dual-Channel Memory: Integrates an automatic saving function that retains distinct parameter levels across two individual settings (Channel A and Channel B), switchable via a single tap of the left footswitch.

  • Extended Delay Mapping: Provides a manual knob-controlled timing window from 17ms to 1000ms, which automatically scales up to a maximum duration of 5.94 seconds when engaging the tap tempo mode.

  • Four Selectable Algorithms: Features four discrete digital voicings managed via a rotary selector, including Copy for transparent, uncolored signal repetition; Analog for warm, bucket-brigade style low-frequency roll-off; Modulation for wide, chorus-infused spatial ambiance; and Reverse for phase-inverted psychedelic delay behaviors.

Performance & Hardware Utility

  • Integrated Tap Tempo: Allows players to synchronize repeat cadences on the fly by depressing both onboard footswitches simultaneously to align the internal clock with the performance meter.

  • External Remote Switching: Includes a dedicated 1/4-inch command jack to delegate channel shifting to external pedalboard switching systems or remote contact closures.

  • Low-Noise Electronic Path: Optimizes direct signal flow to preserve native instrument transient responses while drawing a maximum current consumption of 75mA over standard 9V DC center-negative circuitry.
